Personalized Fitness Services. Sol Fitness Adventures retreats are for individuals and private parties who share a common goal. The training schedule revolves around your rhythms. The exercise, nutrition, and body work selection is customized to match your goals.
Outdoor Activities. We take you from the weight rooms and Yoga studios to Mother Nature’s gym, all in the same day. It’s the outdoor excursions where fitness levels are tested, a connection to Mother Nature is restored, and an ultimate state of relaxation is reached.
Location. We’ve built an impressive portfolio of luxury and mid-range properties in Utah, throughout the U.S., and internationally to select the location that perfectly matches a travelers tastes and inclination. From boutique hotels to spa resorts, we will provide you with the customized, personalized vacation you desire.

Melanie Webb, expert fitness trainer and outdoor guide, will program your retreat based on your goals and interests. You’ll be led through a fun program that combines traditional training methods with outdoor activities to maximize your fitness levels and learn new skills.

Program Length
Sol Fitness Adventures operates as a boutique tour operator. Our services and retreats are booked by the day:
- 1/2 day, 1 and 2 day retreats are perfect for Utah locals and business travelers
- 3 – 5 day retreats for quick weekend getaways
- 6 – 10 day retreats provide the right amount of time to delve deep into existing patterns, begin to develop new habits, and learn new tools for maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Program Location
Where do you want to go? Visit Melanie at her homebase in Utah or choose your own destination. Our Utah retreats run out of gateways Salt Lake City in northern Utah and St. George in southern Utah. Select an Alpine Fitness Retreat in the spectacular wilderness of the rugged Wasatch Mountains or a Redrock Fitness Retreat near southern Utah’s Mighty 5 National Parks.
Through our international partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, guides and hoteliers we have the ability to lead fitness retreats virtually anywhere in the world.
