Here’s one from the fitness archives: the day Good Morning America asked me to comment on President George W. Bush and his fitness program. I was a Personal Trainer at The Sports Club/LA in Washington, D.C. during President Bush’s second term. It was a well known fact that the President was an avid exerciser, but little did we all know just how fit he was. A news article in the Washington Post revealed that “he was really fit for an old guy” (Did I really just call President Bush an old guy? You’re just going to have to watch).
