What’s more adventurous than a last minute trip to San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico to watch the SCORE 250 desert off-road race? You have to look hard to find any sport more demanding on the human body than motorcycle racing. I found out personally what amazing athletes riders are last year when I met and focused on core training and balance work with an accomplished rider last who’d sustained a back injury that took him out of competing in the Baja 1000.
