WEEK 1: WHO ARE YOU?

With all of the distractions we have at our fingertips today, it is easy to get disconnected from who you really are as a person: Your values, passions, even purpose in life. That’s why it is so crucial to take time to periodically reconnect with who you are. From where I stand, I believe that the biggest issue facing most people today is that they have no connection to what they are passionate about. Without passion, they are sleepwalking though life, often devoid of purpose or meaning.

Activity: Take time to think about this question: What is my purpose in life? [Hint: Try answering this question posed by Deepak Chopra in his book The 7 Spiritual Laws of Success: If I had all the time and money in the world, what would I do?]
