I’m back from a fantastic week of exercise and eating in the Lone Star State. Fredericksburg’s Hoffman Haus was home base for our little crew of 10 guests, 4 guides, and 3 bike mechanics. It was my first trip guiding with Gray & Co., worldwide cycling tours led by luxury superstar Cari Gray.
